This design uses a reflective woven strap with a gathered bungee section between two functional ends. One side connects to the dog's harness through a metal swivel snap. The opposite side inserts into a compatible vehicle seat-belt receiver.

Four Features That Define the Standard Configuration
Locking Swivel Snap
The metal snap uses a rotating connection joint so the strap can change direction without forcing the entire tether to twist. A sliding sleeve provides an additional locking action.
Gathered Elastic Section
The elastic portion provides controlled extension when the dog moves suddenly. It is intended to create a more flexible connection than an entirely rigid flat strap.
Sliding Length Adjustment
A separate flat-webbing section passes through a slider. This allows the buyer to define the usable length independently from the elastic section.
Vehicle Buckle Connector
The metal tongue is intended for compatible vehicle buckle receivers. Plug dimensions and fit should be confirmed against the target vehicle system during sample approval.

How the Tether Works Inside the Vehicle
Connect to the Harness
Attach the locking snap to an appropriate harness connection point. A neck collar should not be used as the restraint connection point.
Insert the Vehicle Connector
Insert the buckle tongue into a compatible vehicle receiver and check that it engages correctly before travel.
Set the Working Length
Adjust the flat webbing section to provide enough movement for the dog to change position while limiting unnecessary travel around the cabin.
Review the Final Setup
Confirm the harness, tether length, buckle engagement and dog position before driving.
