Front connection, open webbing
iPeti's reflective front clip harness connects the leash at the chest and leaves the body largely uncovered. Narrow woven nylon straps, metal adjustment sliders and two POM buckles form the structure.
The lead clips to the D-ring on the short front loop. The larger round rings connect the surrounding straps. Keeping those functions distinct makes the construction easier to check when reviewing a sample or preparing fitting instructions.

Follow the straps through the hardware
One attachment point to identify
The front D-ring sits on a short loop guided by small O-rings. The larger side rings join the colored chest straps to the girth section. Preserve this arrangement when approving fittings or requesting a hardware change.
Two separate buckle positions
Black POM side-release buckles sit on the upper and lower sections of the girth loop. Check that each closes fully and that the straps remain flat when the harness is fastened.
Metal sliders set strap length
The sliders work with the webbing width assigned to each size. Review any buckle or slider substitution against strap thickness, threading and finish.

Choose a row that matches both measurements
Read the neck and chest ranges together. Size letters do not describe a universal fit across different harness patterns. The weight column records the harness itself in grams.

Measure the neck
Use a flexible tape around the base of the neck. Keep the tape level and record the circumference in centimeters.
Measure the chest
Measure the widest part of the rib cage behind the front legs. Check the position of the girth strap during the fitting review.
Check both ranges
Both measurements should fall within one row. If they do not, send the measurements for review before choosing a size.
L and XL both use 2.5 cm webbing, but their adjustment ranges differ. For example, a 35 cm neck and 70 cm chest do not match a single row in this chart; selecting by chest size alone would miss that mismatch.

Surface & visibility
Reflection is woven into the strap
Small reflective elements repeat across the nylon surface. The reverse side retains the woven strap texture, and the construction stays open around the dog's body.
Review the finished webbing under normal room light and under direct illumination. This checks two different aspects of the sample: its everyday color and the appearance of the reflective pattern when light reaches it.
If you request a different weave or color, review the reflective pattern again on the revised sample. Color matching, webbing texture and reflective coverage should be approved together.

Six colorways, one recognizable strap layout
The upper strap and buckles remain black. The front and lower straps carry the selected color, creating a consistent contrast across the collection.

Prepare a quantity grid with sizes as rows and colors as columns. This defines the assortment more clearly than a total order quantity and makes color-specific packaging easier to review.
For a custom shade, send a physical swatch or color reference. Confirm the final color against the woven sample; screen colors alone are insufficient for color approval.

Inspect the assembled harness from both sides
A complete sample reveals how the front loop, strap junctions and two closures work together. Include these checks in the approval record for every size you intend to order.

- Buckle operationOpen and close both buckles; check full engagement and correct strap threading.
- Adjustment retentionSet each slider, mark the position and check for movement under the agreed sample test.

Keep neck and chest ranges on the retail size label. A letter alone can be confused with another harness line. If a leash is added to the order, specify its length, connector and packaging separately so the set is defined before pricing.
Minimum quantities, sample charges, production timing and mixed-size or mixed-color rules depend on the confirmed order specification. Include the destination country and preferred shipping terms in the quotation request.

Details to settle before ordering
Does this model have a padded chest panel?
The construction uses unpadded nylon straps with an open body profile. Buyers requiring a mesh or cushioned panel should specify that as a different construction when requesting samples.
Which ring takes the leash?
The leash attaches to the D-ring on the short loop at the front of the chest. The round rings connect or guide the straps. During fitting, check that the front attachment stays centered.
What does the 90–220 g weight range mean?
It is the product weight across S, M, L and XL: 90 g, 140 g, 210 g and 220 g respectively. Use the neck and chest ranges to select the fit.
Can I choose the next size up if only the chest fits?
Check the neck range too. The two measurements must work together in the same size. If no row matches, provide both measurements for a fit review before placing the order.
Can a logo sit on the narrow webbing?
Send the artwork at the intended dimensions and mark the desired location. Review the available space in the smallest ordered size, including clearance for moving hardware. A packaging logo can be considered where strap space is limited.
What is needed for a mixed-color quotation?
Provide quantities for each size/color combination, destination country and requested branding or packaging. Ask for minimum quantities and assortment rules against that breakdown, together with sample costs and the production schedule.
