No. Receivers can differ in shape and engagement requirements. Review the actual plug and intended receiver together before identifying a vehicle as compatible. An insertion-width measurement does not support an all-vehicle fit claim.

Does 45–74 cm describe the bungee's maximum stretch?

The figure identifies the listed adjustable product length, not a tested elastic extension limit. If your purchase specification needs a fully stretched measurement, define the measurement method and request that dimension with your sample.

Can this tether be attached to a neck collar?

Do not attach a car tether to a neck collar. Connecting to a harness alone does not establish crash protection. An extra tether must not be added to a tested restraint system unless that exact configuration is approved by the restraint manufacturer.

Is crash protection claimed for this model?
