FAQ
Q: Is it normal for the strap to shed fibers after use?
A: Normal fuzz on new fabric: There may be a small amount of fuzz on the first use, which is a characteristic of velvet fabric. It will be significantly reduced after washing 1-2 times.
Q: What should I do if the traction rope buckle is difficult to open or close?
A: The first use is lagging: The new buckle may be rough due to the rough surface treatment. You can apply a small amount of Vaseline for lubrication. Long-term use jamming: Check if there is any hair or foreign object stuck. Try cleaning the gap with a toothpick. If the problem still cannot be solved, you can contact our team at any time
